Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy

JoySpace Therapy offers you help, support and therapeutic solutions in an online, confidential setting from the comfort of your own home. 

My purpose is to help you challenge unhelpful past behaviours, beliefs and habits so that you can live your best future. Each session lasts for either one hour or 90 minutes and I usually recommend 6-8 sessions, depending on what your goals and objectives are.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®) is a form of therapy that integrates cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnosis and mindfulness. I can help you change your life for the better by identifying and changing your thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns.

Weight Management

It is proven that over 96% of diets fail. This is why I work with clients to help them understand what role food plays for them, why food may have been their support and how they can build healthier ways to cope with life, while enjoying food everyday.

Habits and Phobias

Whether you have an unhealthy habit such as biting your nails or are terrified of flying, know that help is at hand. Whatever habit or phobia is holding you back, we can work together to help you beat the behaviour that is negatively impacting your life.

Sleep Disorders - Insomnia

We’ve all been there; watching the clock tick as sleep evades us; waking up more tired than when we went to sleep. Through hypnosis, mindfulness and actionable homework we will work together to help you get a better night’s sleep.

In our modern, fast-paced and hectic world it’s common to feel stress and anxiety. Working with me will allow you to develop coping mechanisms that will free your mind and enable more joy.

Sometimes we have issues that we just don’t know how to resolve. We work together in our sessions to break down the problems and then work to build sustainable and actionable resolutions. 

Assertiveness Training

You have the right to express your thoughts, needs, boundaries and feelings. If you lack assertiveness in a professional or personal setting, I’m here to help you learn new strategies.

All prices shown are in GBP (£). I accept bank transfer (BACS) payments which need to be made ahead of our session(s); discount rates (for higher education students) are available as seen above. One-off and tailored group sessions also available by arrangement. Please provide 48 hours notice for cancellation to avoid otherwise being charged for the session.
